Electrical Warehouse
The electronic warehouse is specifically designed for the storage of sensitive electronic components, such as ICs, MOSFETs, PCBs, SMDs, capacitors, and resistors, which demand precise temperature and humidity control. This is in stark contrast to a typical raw materials warehouse, as it necessitates a strict regulation of environmental conditions to prevent potential damage that could impair the performance and longevity of these components in their end-use products.
Quality Ensure Department
Our pursuit of product quality is almost obsessive; each process and every component undergo rigorous quality management to ensure that every step, from raw material to final product, meets the highest standards. Our team, composed of 42 quality control professionals, is distributed across various links in the quality management chain to ensure that product quality is impeccable.
The team structure is as follows: there are 20 people in the In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) team, 4 in the Input Quality Check (IOC) team, 6 in the Quality Assurance (QA) team, plus 3 professional IPQC engineers, 1 Incoming Quality Control (IQC) engineer, 2 precision laboratory personnel, and one each of QA engineer, customer complaint handling engineer, system engineer, and environmental engineer. Additionally, there is a clerk proficient in documentation and a manager responsible for overall coordination, each comprising one person. Meanwhile, we implement 100% inspection in the production line.
Our quality inspection process covers:
- IQC: Strict incoming material inspection to ensure that raw materials meet standards.
- IPQC: Continuous monitoring of the production process, including PCBA testing, appearance inspection, semi-product testing, aging testing, and ATE testing, to ensure every detail meets quality requirements.
- QA: Comprehensive final checks before shipment to guarantee that every product delivered to our customers is of the highest quality.
